PUZZLE PLANT PARTS
LEARNING OBJECTIVE
1. To learn and identify different parts of a plant: root, stem, leave, flower, fruit, and pod.
2. Familiarize ourselves with parts of the plant we are not usually exposed to, specifically the rhizosphere layer, root crops. For example, at the market, we purchase ginger root or yam but we don't see the leaves or flowers of these plants.

3. Familiarize ourselves with produce in daily Ghanaian diet, knowing how vegetables and fruit we eat grows, overall, forming a deeper connection of knowing where our food comes. The majority of plants used for the puzzle are those grown in the OKO Agroforestry project.
